2005 Ross and Jean Clark Scholarships
The Ross and Jean Clark Scholarships are available to graduate students studying MESc and PhD's in a topic related to Environmental
Engineering. Two awards are available for students who have been registered for
at least one year, and who are continuing on until at least Spring 2007.
The 2005 Ross and Jean Clark recipients are: Jeganaesan Jeganthan and Francis Amegashie.
Francis is a PhD student in Geoenvironmental Engineering. He is researching the development of an
artificial neural networks-supported laboratory and subsurface probe for delineating contaminant plumes.
Jeganaesan Jeganthan is a PhD student in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. he is
researching food processing wastewater treatment using hybrid enzyme/anaerobic reactors.
The Ross and jean Clark Scholarships are made possible by the generosity of Ross (BESc '46, MEng '75) and Jean (BA '46) Clark to assist graduate students
specializing in Environmental Engineering.
