Electrical and Computer Engineering student receives Best Student Paper Award from IEEE conference

The conference, which took place in Montreal from October 7 to 10, is the main annual conference of the IEEE's Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. This year over 670 refereed papers were presented. Niki's paper was short-listed with four other entries by the Program Committee based on external reviews. The short-listed papers were then presented for conference attendees at a special session as well as in their regular sessions. Niki's paper was selected as the winner by a panel of senior researchers from the IEEE SMC Society.
