WEAID Awareness Night

Date: Tuesday, March 12, 2013
Time: 6:30pm
Location: The Wave, at UWO

The event will bring awareness of the Civil and International Development program to the Engineering Faculty, and to the entire UWO campus.  Special Guests will speak on their experiences with working in different International Development settings.  Food will be provided.  Tickets at $5.

International Development Week - CIDA

Feb 6th – 12th

WEAID Awareness Night

Location: The Wave, at UWO

The event will bring awareness of the Civil and International Development program to the Engineering Faculty, and to the entire UWO campus.  Professional engineer Paul Loney from Pinchin Environmental will speak on his experiences with working in South Sudan.  Food will be provided.  Tickets at $5.

International Development Week - CIDA

WEAID Launch Night

Date: Wednesday February 16, 2011
Time: 5:00 p.m.
Location: The Wave, at UWO
 
Join us for the official launch of the Western Engineering Association for International Development. WEAID is a student association that strives to foster socially minded engineers by providing opportunities for students to apply practical engineering skills in a development setting.
 
Come out for appetizers, a silent auction, a guest speaker, and the opportunity to hear about student internships in Ghana and The Gambia. Tickets are $10 for students and $20 for professionals. Tickets are available at the Civil Engineering Office.
