  • Professional Internship through Western Engineering's Career Services Office

 

I chose to go to Western because of the Green Process program, as it was and continues to be one of a kind – it offered small class sizes where we were challenged to explore sustainable approaches to engineering problems.

 

Besides the academics, Western Engineering provided many opportunities like a year-long internship that gave me a hands-on experience and better prepared me for my career; an international work exchange in Shanghai, China where I was able to discover the laboratory practices and culture of a new country; and being a part of countless clubs and teams that have given me valuable soft skills and forever friends!
