• Dr. Sadhu received the national honours from the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE), he was awarded the CSCE Whitman Wright Award for his research contributions to information technology in civil engineering.
• Dr. Sadhu received Engineering Awards of Recognition from Western Engineering!
• National Engineering Month (NEM) by the Province of Ontario has interviewed Dr. Sadhu to promote engineering excellence in smart cities!

• Dr. Sadhu received a Canada Research Chair (Tier-2) position specialized in Smart and Resilient Infrastructure

• Dr. Sadhu became the Director of the newly established Smart Cities and Communities (SCC) Laboratory at Western Engineering
• Dr. Sadhu's collaborative research proposal with IIT Kanpur, India has been approved by NSERC Alliance International program

• Dr. Sadhu has received CFI-JELF to develop a next-generation bridge health monitoring laboratory, which will house a suite of cutting-edge high-speed cameras, ground robots, remote data acquisition systems, and actuators.
• Dr. Sadhu has received Ontario's prestigious research award "Early Researcher Award" and 5 years' research funding to develop cutting-edge technology for AI-assisted bridge inspection.
