Seeing research in action
NSERC President Suzanne Fortier had the opportunity to learn more about the research conducted at The University of Western Ontario during a site visit Friday, April 7.
During her visit, Fortier learned how to maneuver the NSERC funded virtual reality equipment in an engineering lab in the Thompson Engineering Building. The Virtual Reality Lab was just one stop of many during Fortier’s two-day visit. She also met with other researchers in Western Engineering, the Faculty of Science, and Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry.
