Engineering Graduate Students in Prof MacDougall’s group are usually involved in projects to enhance the capabilities of radars used to study the upper atmosphere and ionosphere. The Canadian Advanced Digital Ionosonde (CADI), now Commercially manufactured, was partly developed by Graduate students. Many of the recent Graduate Student projects have been concerned with enhancements to the CADI capabilities.
