When the application period is open in mid-June, eligible students will be invited to apply to the RBC Design Thinking Program (link will become available once period is open). You will have the opportunity to answer questions in the application form and attach your resumé.  

To be eligible to enter the program, you must be an undergraduate student who will be entering your third year of any program at Western or affiliate colleges (excluding HBA1) or fourth year HBA double degree of study in the fall 2024 term. Successful applicants must be available to attend the program on the program dates: 

  • Saturday, September 21, 11:00am-3:00pm 
  • Saturday, November 9, 11:00am-3:00pm 
  • Every Monday, 3:30pm-5:30pm, beginning on Monday, September 23, ending on Monday, November 25 (excluding fall study break Monday, October 14) 

Students admitted into the program must be able to attend all sessions and commit to working with their team members at other mutually agreed upon times.

Select candidates will receive an invitation to interview in August 2024. A select number of candidates will be invited into the Program by mid-August, 2024.
