CBE Events
On Sunday March 3rd, our faculty and students came together to host the First Annual Undergraduate Student Conference.
The purpose of this Conference was to bring together CBE students (and prospective CBE students), faculty members, alumni, and industry representatives to learn about technical electives, research opportunities, hear from alumni and also about the accelerated masters. There were two invited speakers, followed by lunch and a 4 person alumni panel discussing the opportunities for Chemical Engineering.
On Thursday October 12th CBE hosted a Thanksgiving get together for our CBE Undergraduate students and faculty members. Our 2nd, 3rd and 4th years students gathered outside the CBE administrative offices to socialize with staff and faculty. Everyone enjoyed some refreshments and the opportunity to win a small prize for our colouring contest!
