Engineering Students Bookable Meeting Rooms – https://rooms.eng.uwo.ca
ITG is migrating to a new, more friendly application solution for booking students rooms Jan 4, 2024.
Step 1: Click here to enter your Western username and password.
Step 2: After sign in, go to the Book Engineering Students Meeting Rooms page.
Step 3: View the calendars for meeting rooms and select Date.
Step 4: After filling out the form, click the Submit button.
Step 5: After booking successfully, you’ll receive a meeting invitation email in your Outlook.
Step 6: You can cancel and book another meeting room.
