Program Deliverables
Engineering Career Services will be in contact with you while you are on a Summer Co-op, to keep you informed of important dates, deadlines, and new developments in Western Engineering. Please make sure to check your Western e-mail account regularly.
When a co-op is secured, students will be granted access to the co-op OWL Sakai site where all documents are to be accessed and submitted.
Co-op Deliverables:
As part of the Summer Co-op Program Students are responsible for the completion of the following co-op deliverables:
- Contact Form - Complete during the first two weeks of work.
- Placement Check-In Form - To be completed 6 weeks after the work term start date.
- Summer Co-op Employer Evaluation - To be completed just prior to completion of the work term.
- Summer Co-op Report - Due by August 15th during the last month of the co-op term.
Instructions on how to submit and upload all co-op deliverables via OWL will be sent to the student’s university email.
Failure to complete the program deliverables will result in the student receiving a (“FAI”) in the Co-op program.
