SustainAI Group Launches AI-for-Mental-Health Triage Collaboration with Kelello Health and CAMH
The SustainAI Group is excited to collaborate with Kelello Health and CAMH (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) on a project exploring how artificial intelligence can support mental health triage at the point of intake. This work investigates how machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) can help enable more consistent, data-informed triage decisions in mental health care.
The project focuses on developing AI models using de-identified clinical intake and assessment data to enhance measurement-based care workflows and support more scalable clinical decision-making. Through this collaboration, we aim to contribute to more efficient and consistent triage processes, better integration of data into care pathways, and the responsible, privacy-preserving use of AI in healthcare.
We look forward to sharing future insights from this work and connecting with others interested in the intersection of AI, digital health, and mental health care.
