EDI Action Plan
Engineering Health Equity - Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Decolonization Action Plan
An EDID action plan for the EHE program is being developed under the guidance of Dr. Melanie Katsivo (the EDID lead for Frugal Biomedical Innovations). This will include an asynchronous EDIDI course for healthcare workers, with illustrations from Canada and Africa. The plan will establish expectations for awareness of EDID considerations that will apply to all trainees and mentors of EHE students.
