Where to Store Your Files in Cascade CMS
Western Engineering has defined some best practices for storing your images and files in Cascade CMS.
Images:
There is only one image folder called ‘img’ in Cascade CMS. The structure of the ‘img’ folder’s subfolders mimics the folder structure of the website pages.
For example, Undergraduate Admissions page images are stored in the ‘admissions’ folder under the ‘undergraduate’ folder within the ‘img’ folder.
Files:
There is only one file folder called ‘files’ in Cascade CMS. The structure of the ‘files’ folder’s subfolders mimics the folder structure of the website pages.
For example, the Undergraduate Future Students Viewbook PDF (viewbook-engineering-2018.pdf) file is stored in the ‘future-students’ folder under the ‘undergraduate’ folder within the ‘files’ folder.
