Leaders in Training Program

Leaders in Training

This program will challenge high school youth to develop personal leadership qualities through workshops, seminars, and activities. With communication, teamwork, professionalism, and goal-setting sessions, LiTs will be encouraged to explore and develop their skills. This program is open to students who will be entering grades 9 to 12 in the Fall. 

After our LiT program, participants can volunteer or apply for future positions within Western Engineering Outreach. This allows participants to apply the leadership skills they have learned in LiT programs to real-life situations.

When is this offered? 

LiT - Postponed to 2025

This course introduces leadership and behaviour management and empowers students with the tools to be leaders in the classroom and in life.
