General Registration Policies

Please note that the following policies pertaining conference registration will apply:

• Accepted papers will be included in CANCAM 2015 proceedings only when accompanied by a paid registration.
• The cost of each registration - regardless if student or full - entitles the registrant to the inclusion of one paper in the proceedings of CANCAM 2015.
• Up to two more papers might be accepted for each registrant who pays the appropriate surcharge amount ($250 per extra paper).
• The access to CANCAM 2015 premises will be allowed only to those with a valid registration.

Conference-related charges will be made according to this fee schedule.

Refunds are possible if the refund request is placed prior to May 18, 2015 by 4:00 PM (EDT), but a nominal fee/processing charge of $50 will be deducted from each refunded amount. No refunds will be made in case of "no-shows", such that the authors are strongly encouraged to attend the conference and present their work.

A limited number of graduate student stipends will be offered and they will consist of reduced or waived registration fees. More details on eligibility and selection criteria are available here.
