MEng Co-op
Students enrolled in the Master of Engineering (MEng) program will have the unique opportunity to participate in the Master of Engineering with Co-op Option program. This option is available to students joining the program in any of the three terms: Fall, Winter, or Summer.
By choosing the Co-op Option, graduate students will enrich their academic journey with valuable practical experience within their chosen field.This hands-on engagement will provide a more in-depth understanding of their chosen engineering discipline and also contribute significantly to their career advancement.
Highlights of the Co-op Option:
- Gain real-world industry experience relevant to your academic focus.
- Build a professional network with employers and peers in your field.
- Strenghten key Engineering skills such as problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation by working on real-work projects.
- Extend your program duration by one additional term (totaling four terms), or five or six terms if enrolled in the MEng-Graduate Diploma (GDip) in Engineering Leadership and Innovation program and choose the Co-op Option.
- Your Co-op term will conveniently conclude your academic journey, providing a smooth transition from academic life to practical experience.
