Pick Up and Drop Off Procedures

Campers must be signed in and out each day with the Discovery Western staff. Families who are late picking up their child will be charged an additional fee for the extended period of care.

Parents and/or guardians are required to sign participants in and out each day. Each morning at sign-in, please tell staff who will be picking your camper up that day. Government issued photo ID is required EVERY DAY at pick-up. Only those indicated on the registration form will be permitted to sign campers out. Please review your camper profile and update ahead of camp to ensure these names are up-to-date.

We are unable to release campers without a government issued photo ID. To make the process as smooth for you as possible, please ensure that you have this ready to go every day.
